Marginal 1059s vs Failure to complete? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/marginal-1059s-vs-failure-to-complete <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If a E4 went to WLC and received a marginal 1059 back in 08. Then went to ALC graduated with achieved coarse standards followed by SLC what are the chances of him or her being selected for the QMP board. Is a marginal 1059 going to be considered the same as failure to complete, since in today&#39;s NCOES if you fail your PT test or height and weight you get a failure to complete. The blemish is 7 years old and the soldier has progressed beyond it and been successful. It may be a deciding factor if everything else is equal. So, one year the NCO might make it without being QSPd/QMPd and then get selected a following year.
