My wife is South Korean national and she is not the owner of the house but she is a resident of the address according to her registration record. So there is no reason for us to lodge at a motel when her home is only one mile away.<br /><br />Housing decided that we are not authorized to live at In-law&#39;s due to ownership of the house is not under any of my dependents so we are waiting for a available on-post housing. Unfortunately, it&#39;s taking over 4-weeks and housing is denying to pay us TLE, Per-diem, or food allowance just because we are not lodging. I understand about TLE but we do spend quite a bit of money for living allowances.<br /><br />What can I claim?
