Point of pride. Not sure why that relates to not having a PhD. I hope this goes along with sentiments that ones military service can easily cross over into the civilian sector.

Funny the effect that t-shirts have on people. When I wore a 2nd Amendment tshirt to my wife's liberal relative's house, they told her I was like a walking FB post, lol.
