We shouldn&#39;t need laws to say torture isn&#39;t allowed.<br /><br />We shouldn&#39;t need some #%^#%$^# lawyer debating what is and isn&#39;t torture. If someone even thinks it might be torture and has to call a lawyer in to debate it. It&#39;s torture.<br /><br />We&#39;re supposed to be better than that.<br /><br />You can judge the sickness of a society by the number (and type) of laws it has. If you have a law that says that torture isn&#39;t allowed...
