The Soldiers in your OSUT training company? The Cadre? The Company Commander? You are currently on Leave. This is something to not stress about currently. When you get back, you will be notified if you will face a MEB. Until then, unless it comes from your Commander, 1SG and/or Cadre, everything else is just shithouse barracks lawyer talk. A rod ? Hell one of my homeboys got a metal plate and screws in his forearm in our regiment. GEN Franks had 1 leg, and a LTC just retired a while back with both legs gone. Several of my RGR guys are held together with pins, and 1 is still serving with an artificial hand. First, document everything! Do the majority of communication through email &amp; text. Be very careful with your words. And lawyer up ( I know a great one, but they are very expensive). The JAG is grossly underfunded and understaffed. If they assign an officer to your case, they will have less then 24 hrs of total time to review your case and prepare arguments int your favor. On the flip side, those submitting you for the MEB have had several months and several personal to develop reasons to get you out. Do not let any medical personal talk you into making any statement, especially that would make your condition seem worse.<br />If you are fighting the MEB, your company leadership is not your freind.
