When I go to the MEB, will this be my years of service they will use in consideration for Medical Retirement? Will they use my BASD, PEBD, or DIEMS? My YOS pay has been verified by the Brigade S1 SGM. I was active then reserve then active now. Medical Retirement, how are years of service calculated? 2021-01-13T00:27:56-05:00 SPC(P) Private RallyPoint Member 6656195 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am facing a MEB. When your ratings are returned the PEBLO will explain how much money you&#39;re getting. There are multiple formulas with multiple ratings for VA and Army money. Too many to begin to speculate on right now until you have your ratings back. I realize you want to get an idea of what you&#39;ll be getting but at this point it could be anything from a few hundred to several thousand a month and lots of extra benefits. If you&#39;re curious about the formulas you can go on the DFAS website for them. If u don’t agree with the proposal I am going to make the assumption that you should appeal the proposal right away with VA rep.
