<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>RallyPoint offers informal mentoring in two ways;<br /><br />1) Direct question and answer discussions about what to service members<br />2) Connections formed on the site, which allows for both online and offline communications by subject matter experts and those who seek their advice.<br /><br />Eventually RallyPoint will probably also build out a more formal mentorship program... it's a bit of an inevitability... though it's one of many many things that are in the works.
