CW3 Private RallyPoint Member 325045 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So I am looking at implementing a military style written counseling system for my 15 year old son. Initial counseling, monthly counselings etc. It would be a clear concise expression of what is expected, acceptable, and unacceptable as well as ways for improvement and goal setting. Has anyone else ever toyed with this idea? Military written counseling for teenagers? 2014-11-13T09:21:17-05:00 CW3 Private RallyPoint Member 325045 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So I am looking at implementing a military style written counseling system for my 15 year old son. I tried it out and it worked fairly well. Standards were set - in writing - and signed by both parents and child. Then when standards were not met, there was no need to argue about it or raise a fuss ... just pull out the written standards and go from there. I like it. But if that&#39;s what you want to do, if you think it will work, I mean, its a very useful tool for educating, I just wouldn&#39;t do it.
