I have seen MILTECHs who had to retire or were unable to reenlist but were great at their civilian job and had to give it up. Is that fair? <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>When you become a DAC you are not controlled by your RSC. The RSC want to control you do they really don't want the positions to become DAC.

She just stated that the Army Reserves can&#39;t keep miltechs; therefore, they are looking to convert a lot of these positions to DAC. I, for one, as a Senior NCO Logistician, would welcome this opportunity. It&#39;s coming.
