My ARNG unit hasn't paid me my November pay. What should I do?

I have worked it through my FLL before I switched sections in the battery. My FLL told me that I was paid but my LES does not show any pay from November, only September, October, and December.

I wrote an email and sent it to my readiness NCO. However our readiness NCO is transferring to HQ.

I sent multiple texts to my FLL after a buddy told me he got paid for November.

Update: we had drill on the 25-26 and my LES has already shown up for that. No pay for November is listed.

If your FLL has sent up RFIs but no answer nor remedy....get in touch with your 1SG. 1SGs don't like it when their Soldiers aren't paid. Also, ensure that you let your 1SG know that you followed the Chain for this RFI but still have not received pay.

First, check all the drop down menus in myPay and verify that you are correct. Contact your FLL one more time. Next contact your Unit Admin NCO. If you still have not been paid contact MilPay in your USPFO's Comptroller Branch.

Check to make sure you are showing in a good drill status for the November drill, meaning that you were marked as present on DA 1379.

1. Does your LES in December reflect pay for november as well? Has happened to me once.
2. If you FLL has not adequately assisted you with this, I would contact PSG or 1SG to inquire.
3. You can also talk with your AGR/Unit administrator to see if there was a paperwork issue. Sometimes you can get coded accidentally for attendance and not get paid. Bear in mind some flags (such as not getting a flu shot or not attending your medical appointments) can flag you as unsatisfactory until they are completed.

contact your FLL and if that does not work then contact the FTUS. Do not always rely on emails as the readiness NCO wears many hats during the month. Yes, getting the troops paid is among that task. There is someone that is charge of getting things resolved even if the position is being vacated.

Other things that you need to verify is your bank actually crediting it to the correct account? I have seen situations where the SM did not verify this and was blaming everyone up the chain on the Army side and the reality the issue was with the financial accounts it was being sent to.

Remember it is the SM responsibility to update any changes to where the funds are being deposited with the unit and DFAS.
