My claim went from Preparation for Notification to Review of Evidence. Whats going on?

My Claim just went from Preparation for Notification to Review of Evidence this morning. They changed the name of one of my ratings from degenerative arthritis of the spine and lumbosacral strain to degenerative disc disease with degenerative arthritis of the spine and lumbosacral strain but kept the same 20%. Can someone please help me?

Degenerative disk disease is when normal changes that take place in the disks of your spine cause pain. How do you get a rating for normal changes ?

In the VA schedule of diagnosis they can't possibly name every single condition that can exist, so sometimes the wording of a disease or injury will change to fit what is listed.

Update

So now my claim has gone back to GOE with an estimated date of completion 12/08/2020 - 02/16/2021. I also noticed another Exam Request Processing under the Needed From You tab. I am pretty confused at this point, is there anyone I can call that will give me some information? Ebenefits help line never helps me.

Today my claim went into Preparation for Decision with a new estimated completion of 9/20/2020-10/10/2020. I'll keep you all informed.
