My contract is set to expire, and I am conflicted on re-enlistment?

I am coming up on the end of a 5 year contract with the Navy as a Corpsman. In that time, I have struggled with my weight (not my fitness, just bulk), and I have only spent about a year doing the work I signed up to do. I have looked into work and school, but there is a lot of unknowns. I am not sure what to do.
