You can get back in. I had a Re3, just re enlisted this April. I'm already almost finished with my new mos training. Just don't give up if it's what you really want.

I received Seperation pay in 1995 that way I have An RE3

Need more information, but yes generally an RE3 requires a waiver. But, if it was for misconduct, no waiver will be processed.

I am currently in-processing into active duty with RE-3 code for misconduct. Waivers are granted.
