There are a few ways to do it. You can check your iPerms file. It may be uploaded there. Or you can contact the unit you did BCT at and see if they have a copy.

The link is to your Basic Training Company. Call the OPS number and ask them for assistance. They may be in the best position to assist you in getting a replacement graduation certificate. You may need to put the request in writing... The CDR & 1SG are also on the contact list. Good luck!
On a personal note, I was a 92A back on the day and was also at Fort Lee in A Company, 244 QM BN. Good times!

SPC (Join to see) no worries... when you call you just might know the NCOIC, be honest, direct and to the point. Since you are requesting a new hard copy make sure you provide an address where someone you trust can safeguard it until you can get it.
Make sure you safeguard all your records! Make copies of everything throughout your career and scan everything into a secure archive.
You never know when you may need a copy of something for the VA after you retire or to prove something happened.
Again good luck!

SPC (Join to see) CPT (Join to see) is spot on with making copies and making sure you keep them in a safe place with those you trust. As he said with scanning today, always have a clear scanned pdf version. Take no chances with your records. Besides, as you acquire DD-214s at reenlistment or retirement make sure key information is recorded on them is critical. Just echoing the CPT.

CPO Nate S. thanks for the kind words Chief! I’m the son of Retired MM1 (aka Petty Officer 1st Class) and he drilled that into my head when I went to basic. He said no one will take care of your records as well as you do.

SPC (Join to see) Frankly, this should be in your Joint Services Transcript (https://jst.doded.mil/jst/registration). If you personnel department is doing their job, this should be near automatic or so I have more recently understood from those that are still on AD.

Of course I am an 'old' Navy guy and leave to others, in the Army, to guide you. But, the whole reason for the JST for each service branch is to records all training you receive so that when you exit service you have training you can use. In fact a few years ago when I heard about this I went online and order mine. I was very surprised that things were their I had forgotten I had received training or credit for.

But, MSG (Join to see) and CPT (Join to see) have given you solid advice as least so as my army friends have shared, especially those who have recently left service. The advice about placing thing "...in writing..." is excellent advice. This shows you are interested in doing things right. I am sure either of these gentlemen would be happy to receive a private message with your draft language so they can help.

Have a great day!
