My husband is in the process of enlisting in the Army again. He has been out since April of 2010. Will he have to go back through BCT & AIT?

Yes- believe that over 3 years separation will require it.

Yes he will. When I went through basic we had an E5 in the same situation, and he had to redo basic training.

The rules are if you had a break in service 3 years or more you must attend basic training or prior service basic training if they still have it and IF he keep his MOS then no AIT But if changes then yes cause everyone has to when they reclass or go through some type of training when they switch jobs
