VA Dental care is limited to 100% Disabled or Service Connected dental disability.

Dental care is limited to 100% Service Connected, unless you have a rating for a dental condition.
The only other way is if your enrolled in Chapter 31 Education services or develop dental issues while admitted for another issue. Preexisting problems are excluded.
