My father was a bombardier drafted in WW2. Give him the name. I only met my father one time. I still do not now his middle name and do not care. Now uncle Matt urban is another story. If all you have is name and DOB then that is all you have. It will not stop your husbands recruitment. This is what we have CID, FBI, CIA and NSA for. They plug his name and DOB in and if he is in the system they can track him down if it is of any importance. This is rather standard and as I was told when I went in, is to see the influences and connections.Response by SSG Brian G. made Aug 9 at 2019 9:25 AM2019-08-09T09:25:45-04:002019-08-09T09:25:45-04:00SFC J Fullerton4898177<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Did the recruiter not explain why this was needed? As others have answered, it is required for the SF86 security clearance application. My advice during the enlistment process is to don't be afraid to ask questions to the recruiter. You will likely get clear cut explanations straight from the source instead of seeking answers or validation on an internet forum.Response by SFC J Fullerton made Aug 9 at 2019 11:15 AM2019-08-09T11:15:04-04:002019-08-09T11:15:04-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member4898226<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The best of your knowledgeResponse by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 9 at 2019 11:29 AM2019-08-09T11:29:14-04:002019-08-09T11:29:14-04:002019-08-08T20:21:13-04:00
