My children and grandchildren will never win medals shooting, but they have and can put meat on the table with a firearm. Even my 13 year old grandaughters are good shots with both a rifle and pistol. My oldest grandson is an expert marksman and his 14 year old brother is not far behind. They are both better shots than their daddy, or I was, at the same age. They were taught firearm use and safety at an early age and now only pick up a weapon when time to go practice or hunting. They know they are using a dangerous tool and treat guns with respect.
