My PCS orders to Bragg expired over the weekend due to the hurricane and my NCOs not arranging travel?

They said they submitted me for new orders, but I've been in a hold ccompany for over a month just waiting to go to a unit literally not doing a single thing throughout the day. I'm sure you all can understand my frustration here.. How long does it take to get new orders once you're submitted for them?

Bragg had many support requirements, details, and issues to deal with based on the storm. In processing a new Sokdier is the least of there worries. This is likely incidental and when there personnel department gets to your name you will receive orders. Always exercise patients in the absence of orders. As long as you have leadership telling you to hold fast there is no issue. If you are bored I am sure they can find work for you, not sure you will enjoy it. Thank you for your service.

CSM gave you the best answer, and while you're bored now, this will be the "easiest" time of your life in a few. It sucks we all know it, but "enjoy" the freedom while you have it. You're gaining unit will have all the (F-F Games) you can handle pretty soon.
