I couldn't imagine going to a game and it didn't happen. We should be proud of being Americans and stand strong together as a nation. Buffalo Sabres games they sing American and Canadian national anthems and it fires 20,000 people up. Go to other countries and you will witness a different amount of patriotism. American's have flags, shirts, about 15 patriotic days a year from New Years (floats and colors), Flag day, July 4th to Memorial day and Thanksgiving. Just an wonderful country that has had millions sacrifice for it's well being and longevity. Only in America are we free to do this. People died for this right. Do you think they protest the government openly in China, in Russia, or the Middle East? No they don't, because they know they will most likely be put in prison or even killed. I don't like that you kneel for my country's anthem, but I respect your right to do so.
