<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Many installations have liaisons...most of them are immigration experts. Check them out at the ACS...Army Community Service office of the nearest active duty installation. They should be able to help. If that fails, try the JAG office. They have some lawyers too that are knowledgeable in the process. I hope it helps.
