He is attached to Company HHC, but still assigned to his original support company. Being as though he is still currently filling an MTOE position of Maintenance Control Sergeant for his assigned UIC in the rear is there a way an MTOE slot for BMT can be created for the FWD UIC, which doesn&#39;t have one, that he is attached to?
