I have been trying to figure out if there is any information out their to estimate semi-centralized NCO promotions for specific MOS'. I'm trying to get an idea of how many SGTs/SSGs can expect to be promoted by MOS in a Month/Quarter/FY.

I understand allocations are calculated monthly and promotions point cut-offs are released based upon this. I'm trying to see if the information used to generate the cut-offs is accessible to everyone. I've looked through AR 600-8-19 and it references the use of the Manpower Staffing Standards System but does not get more specific than that.

I'm well aware of the trend reports, in and out calls, etc. I'm sure what I'm looking for maybe exclusively for the HR folks that work promotions but it never hurts to ask, thanks.
