As you probably have seen, we are getting hit pretty hard in the NCORP this year. 55 TSgts and 36 SSgts will be in new jobs around this time next year. What are your thoughts on these reductions?

I've told all my guys it's better to choose your destiny than wait for the Air Force to choose it. I think this serves as an opportunity for our NCOs to grow by doing something else for our Air Force. Change means growth and will breed success for them later on in their careers!!

Have to agree with you Chief! It's hard to give up this DirtBoy life but I've seen many people forced to crosstrain flourish in their new AFS because of the foundation they built in this one.

NCORP holds the best training session every year for the people who are newly recruited to the company. It is the best thing to train the employees about https://topdreamer.com/6-ways-to-quickly-improve-your-academic-essay-writing-skills/ before they start doing new ask because it helps them to understand the job.

They keep cutting us back and soon there won't be enough to do the job. As soon as another war starts and we have to build up we will be full of 3 levels again.
