Do you have an PLS with 20 foot long flatrack? There not too many options if you don't have any of these equipment. If you have an PLS use the hook tie a chain to the conex lift one end and with another PLS push the flatrack under the conex little by little. if you have an M88 you could lift the conex straight off the ground about 3 feet, and just push the flatrack under the conex.
