Need help with DAMPS-A

Need help understanding this DAMPS-A. I'm waiting for my orders to get cut but it taking a long time. Say 10/24/2013. Now it's telling me that it has two more Reviewers and then two Commanders and three Approvers to get thur?? Last action was on 12/27/2013. The Issue is I need to drive from CA to AR. The orders say 1/6/2014.. Not looking like I'm going to meet that time line.. I'm just trying to understand this DAMPS-A. Never been put on orders this way before.

I would suggest checking with your local transportation office, as they are a part of the process and would most likely be able to either provide the most up to date info/status or at least a direct POC for the person/contract office at DA for assistance. Good luck
