Roughly, training is broken down into basic training, WOCS, WOBC, SERE, common core and advanced airframe. You can look up each individual segment for more details. There's a lot. Rucker. Once you complete Warrant Officer Candidate School you will proceed to Bco 1-145th for the reminder of your training. You’ll get briefs after briefs etc. You won’t know when you’ll attend SERE or start common core. List os names come out every Friday so depending when you graduate WOCS that’s what dictates when you start SERE. So it could be 4-6 months waiting to start SERE after SERE you’ll do WOBC A for 3 weeks. After that, you’ll wait another month or two to start common core. Common core takes about 5-6 months (90-120 training days counting some saturdays). Then you’ll select your airframe. Depending on your GPA you’ll be first, second, etc. You’ll select Hawks, Apeche, chinooks, or C12. Then you’ll start advance within a month. After 6 weeks you’ll get orders telling you where you are going then after advance you do 3 weeks of WOBC B and PCS to your first duty station. Everything from start to finish is about 18-24 months. Because you’ll wait around for 3-4 months to get in class. There’s about 900 soldiers in Bco. Also, if you get sick, have an emergency, or an accident that could delay your training. They won’t kick you out. They give you time to take care of things. CW2 Private RallyPoint Member Sun, 09 Jun 2019 11:26:35 -0400 2019-06-09T11:26:35-04:00 2019-06-07T17:16:27-04:00
