A waste of money for sure but let's be honest I am certain that some Congressional people knew of this contract.<br /><br /><a target="_blank" href="http://www.military.com/daily-news/2013/10/07/new-air-force-planes-go-directly-to-boneyard.html">http://www.military.com/daily-news/2013/10/07/new-air-force-planes-go-directly-to-boneyard.html</a><br /><br />My feelings are these planes created jobs and revenue but now they are not needed. How can the military order planes it has no use for without some influence from Congress? In a time when the armed forces are facing sequestration we still have shenanigans such as this going on.
