I know there have been many changes to the Professional Military Education (PME) in recent years, but theoretically they make sense.<br /><br />SSD1 is suppose to get you ready for WLC, SSD2 gets you ready for ALC and so forth. Not to discredit any Master Sergeants in the Army, but I feel especially on the Reserve side it is good to have a class even if it's a refresher class to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Senior Leaders in the Army.
