I would also like to know some details if anyone has them. I was just at Ft Sill with some fellow NCOs and we had a discussion with some of the MGs at the MG Division along with Mr Crespo and we were talking about the possible merger of the 13Bs and 13Ms and how feasible it actually is. What I said was that the only way I think it can work (and I am still very reluctant if it can) is if we start integrating units with cannons and MLRS. I guess this unit may show us if it is possible. Looking forward to hear more about this!! Any details/sources relating to the half HIMARS half cannon unit?

Source: http://www.fayobserver.com/news/local/fort-bragg-s-th-fires-brigade-fired-its-last-howitzer/article_8d7b9bed-4bb3-5464-8f48-3ea0fb903c10.html 2LT Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 15 Jul 2014 23:10:11 -0400 2014-07-15T23:10:11-04:00 Response by SFC Dave Beran made Jan 15 at 2017 6:40 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/new-himars-cannon-unit?n=2251466&urlhash=2251466

It makes sense. The HIMARS would out pace cannon on the battlefield. This is unless we are talking about fixed pos. But then why use rocket. This unit just does not make any since unless it is a war games computer training session. SFC Vernon Crane Sun, 14 Jul 2019 00:00:07 -0400 2019-07-14T00:00:07-04:00 2014-05-17T10:06:27-04:00
