I, along w/ about 465 others, took the senior most variant of this course last year as a pre-requisite to attend the US Army Sergeants Major Academy. It is a well structured and educational course, particularly for NCOs who have little to no Joint or Multinational experience (there are many). The NDU-JFSC also provides a resident capstone course for E9s.

BLUF to all the Services' NCOs: educate yourself, and accept that from now and into the future we will continue to operate as a Joint Force, whether that be in deterrence, unified operations against a threat, regional security and stability operations, special operations, civil-support to the homeland, or HADR.
