New NCOER Bullet about social media?

I heard today at work that on the new NCOER there was going to be a bullet concerning social media. In plain English we were going to be rated as to whether or not we correct Soldiers on social media sites. And this stemmed from 1SG getting an ARCOM for calling out those Soldiers posting a video on line. Can someone clear this up?

SSG Private RallyPoint Member I find it hard to believe that the 1SG / ARCOM incident has anything to do with a potential social media bullet on NCOERs, as the new NCOER was in development way before that incident. I don't know if the bullet is true, but the fact that we include SHARP and the 365 evaluation thingy on OERs, it wouldn't surprise me.

I haven't read anything about that on S-1Net (MilSuite). Is this a DuffleBlog story or just some random rumor?

A SSG I work with said our SGM told him today. And that it was coming from the SMA.

Then that means people would have to join a social media site. What if a NCO only went to online RV forums? Would that be an acceptable place to make corrections at? I see zero truth in the rumor of someone saying that a CSM told him. Would a screen shot have to be presented? Would the Rater have to be present? See how any different variables would go into this?
