“No single government entity,” Monaco said, “is responsible for producing coordinated cyber threat assessments, ensuring that information is shared rapidly among existing cyber centers and other [government] elements, and supporting the work of operators and policymakers with timely intelligence about the latest cyber threats and threat actors.”

The new Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center will serve as a central hub for cyber operational planning and joint intelligence.

I agree that there should be one center but their also has to be one standard ad enforced for the operators to conduct operations and intelligence gathering. I see it all the time in my current job were the "standardization" is not there and it causes heartache and confusion.
