We either go on New Year's Eve or New Year's day. Looks like it's going to be New Year's day this year. NOT!

My wife an I eat a small dinner at one of a few local restaurants with a couple that are very close friends... say good evening... and go home to watch Dick Clark's Rockin New Year... and try to stay awake for midnight... at midnight we kiss... and give thanks that we made it to a new year.

If the adult children are home I don't drink in the event I have to go rescue them... which I have in the past.

Nothing great... but I do get to spend it with my wife and best friend... who are coincidentally the same person. It was an interesting tradition. It sure kept most of us LT's from drinking too much the night before Response by LTC John Mohor made Jun 30 at 2016 11:57 PM 2016-06-30T23:57:20-04:00 2016-06-30T23:57:20-04:00 2014-12-31T10:55:36-05:00
