No Go Zones; areas ceded to those who won't follow the law?

Louisiana Gov Bobby Jindal has said that countries like England that cede area to Muslim immigrants to basically run on their own is extremely dangerous. He went on to say that they should be assimilating to the country they are immigrating too.

I have to say that I honestly agree with him, don't get me wrong I have no problems with anyone's beliefs but if you are going to come to any country and not follow the laws of the land then you probably should have went somewhere else. Of course there are way to change laws legally and again I'm all for folks having opinions and trying to change things to what they believe is for the better.
