However, when the very "FREEDOM" (of speech) we cherish, is attacked verbally and electronically it's time to "STRIKE BACK" the same way, if not worse!!
What say "you"??

Just heard the breaking news that Sony has decided to pull "The Interview" movie completely. I think this is a bad idea: giving in to a ransom encourages others to try the same thing. What say you?

When is North Korea not issuing threats? Why is this one any different than the others?
I'll tell you why. Because somewhere in the pile of information the hackers stole, they found pay dirt. Something that Sony really doesn't want to get out.
Whatever it was, a bad precedent has been set. No doubt, future copycat events are in order.

For your viewing pleasure, has anyone besides me considered that all this might just be one big publicity stunt to get publicity? If it is, they are geniuses.

Although possible 1SG, I feel this IS a very REAL threat, and I don't (ever) want to think that anyone in AMERICA should be "giving IN" to these kinds of threats, even IF they are thinking in terms of "lives lost" at theaters around our country. WE (the people of the USA) need to send a message back - "DON'T MESS WITH THE BEST CAUSE THE BEST DON'T MESS!!"

There isn't a chance in hell that the DPRK could attack movie theaters "9-11 style" in the USA. South Korea, probably. Japan, perhaps. Nebraska? No way.
If they were to follow up on their threat, a la "lakes of fire" and "rains of death" as they've bellowed many times before, it would be curtains for them.

I don't think it was North Korea, and there's an article that sums it up better than I ever could (shocker, I know):

According to the media and some of the intelligence people ( I know - another oxymoron), North Korea IS responsible, that is why the threats are being answered by the movie NOT being shown or released!! Wrong move America!
