Was trying to get a follow up appt from an injury they saw me on in August 16th. I called scheduling and was on hold for 53 minutes before I decided to send a MyHeathe Vet msg to my team. By the time I finished entering, I was on hold for 58 minutes and just hung up. I tried today and within about 15 minutes I was speaking with a live person. I asked for an appointment for the injury and the first available is December 15th (4 months since the injury). Of course when I finally see my provider, he will either have to order an MRI or an Orthopedic consult, how many more months do you think that will take? I'm betting on celebrating the anniversary of the injury date as the date when I finally get a plan for a fix (not necessarily fix the problem).

Due to high call volume at VA the phone will drop when capacity is exceeded. The best time to call is in the morning hours preferably when open at 7 ET
