<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Truthfully, ODP barely exists in our career field. Everything for me has essentially been OJT. Mentorship and career progression have been a huge shortfall - to the point where I can think of one person in my 8 years and 4 bases that has taken on that mentoring/career guidance role.<br /><br />This could be just my perception and experience instead of a systemic issue, so take that into consideration.
