For the OML FY 2024, how long does one need to be in an extracurricular to gain points? Does it have to be at least 1 year? What about volunteer hours, how many do you need to gain points?

Read USACC Reg 601-23-1* which goes over accessions.

Specific to extracurricular activities, it goes over it in Appendix D, section D-2b(2) (bottom of page 40)

In my experience working as a ROO under 2 PMSs, this can be somewhat subjective. I recommend asking your PMS or military science instructor this question. You will a more applicable answer there.
