On February 1st, The Army reinstated retention control points, I can see the pros and cons of RCPs, what do you think?

Well one good thing about it is, they are either thinking this drawn out conflict is about to end, OR not such a good thing because a certain persons policies are causing enough people to have no other choice but to join the military that the RCP's are being reinstated.
