What does it mean? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/on-my-ppw-it-states-recommended-e5-step-ncoes-req-what-does-it-mean <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I googled it myself and found this post (<a target="_blank" href="https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-does-mli-recommended-e5-step-ncoes-req-mean-on-my-ppw">https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-does-mli-recommended-e5-step-ncoes-req-mean-on-my-ppw</a>). My situation is similar but different to it. I&#39;ve been active duty the whole time and I am currently attending BLC. My promotion points are just under this months cut-off. Does this status mean that I would promote after BLC? Or do I still need to make points? <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default"> <div class="pta-link-card-picture"> </div> <div class="pta-link-card-content"> <p class="pta-link-card-title"> <a target="blank" href="https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-does-mli-recommended-e5-step-ncoes-req-mean-on-my-ppw).">what-does-mli-recommended-e5-step-ncoes-req-mean-on-my-ppw).</a> </p> <p class="pta-link-card-description"></p> </div> <div class="clearfix"></div> </div> Mon, 19 Sep 2022 11:07:26 -0400 On my PPW it states RECOMMENDED E5-STEP NCOES REQ. Once the points have been processed...if you make the cut-off for next go-around, then you&#39;re golden. You must be fully eligible for promotion on the 26th day of the month prior to the prior month of promotion. That means if you pin December 1st, whatever was listed as your promotion status (BLC complete, points) on October 26th was the information used to determine your promotion status.<br /><br />The enlisted promotion system goes like this- Be eligible for promotion, compete DLC, be recommended for Promotion, graduate PME, be selected from the OML for your MOS and pin. In that order exactly from E5 through E9. SFC Private RallyPoint Member Mon, 19 Sep 2022 12:43:04 -0400 2022-09-19T12:43:04-04:00 2022-09-19T11:07:26-04:00
