I'm getting a lot of conflicting info about where I'll actually be stationed, some say Hoenfels, others are saying in Graf. Just wondering if there are any CURRENT OC/T's on here or just left from there within the past year that can give me a heads up on what to expect as far as rotations, and living area.On orders for East Grafenwoehr Germany2014-11-06T13:43:29-05:001SG Private RallyPoint Member313903

As the title says, I'm on orders for East Graf to be an OC/T. If that does not work, drop me a note on NIPR and I will see if I can secure a POC for you.Response by 1SG Steven Stankovich made Nov 6 at 2014 3:05 PM2014-11-06T15:05:38-05:002014-11-06T15:05:38-05:001SG Private RallyPoint Member314091

Having spent 13 years in Germany first let me tell you congrats!! You will love it.

USAG Grafenwoehr is the area group that includes Hohenfels. You will likely go to Hohenfels if you are specifically assigned as an OC. Grafenwoehr, Vilseck and Hohenfels all fall under USAG Grafenwoehr. The OCs all belong to 1-4 Infantry if my memory serves me correctly.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 6 at 2014 3:09 PM2014-11-06T15:09:15-05:002014-11-06T15:09:15-05:002LT Private RallyPoint Member314097

SFC,
Looking at our search function there are a number of service members currently in Grafenwoehr, if you have a particular unit maybe you can narrow down the search and find someone who can help more.
https://www.rallypoint.com/locations/grafenwoehr-germany/current
Hope this helps and best of luck!

By far the best assignment, I’ve ever had in the army you will progress in your career also a gem of an assignment it’s hidden. You prep for rotations and work hard and when not in rotation your off or going to schools you wantResponse by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made May 9 at 2021 7:10 PM2021-05-09T19:10:02-04:002021-05-09T19:10:02-04:002014-11-06T13:43:29-05:00
