I was at Camp Carrol, 36th Signal BN, 293rd Signal Company. I was the DSN NCOIC in charge of the voice switches for Camp Carrol, Camp Henry, Camp Walker, Camp George and also an old closed Marine Installation at Pohang. It was a great tour and I spent a lot of time TDY and on the road in Korea. In addition to my soldiers I also supervised several Korean National employees. The 307th is the one tactical unit that I know of assigned to the 1st Signal BDE. You could end up at Yongsan and several places south of there.

I retired in 2005 but I have been back to Korea several times. My wife is Korean and we were just back there for the month of April MSG Mitch Dowler Sun, 08 Jun 2014 19:26:55 -0400 2014-06-08T19:26:55-04:00 2014-02-04T21:52:21-05:00
