On the DD-214, what awards are the abbreviations ALB and TAG-OU?

I have some abbreviations in block 15 (Decorations, Medals, Badges, Commendations) on my DD-214 that I don't know what they mean. I was on active duty in the Army then went into the Army National Guard in Colorado. The abbreviations are: ALB and TAG-OU. Any help would be appreciated.

ALB = Army Lapel Button?

TAG-OU = The Adjutant General - ??

Can't find anything definitive on either though.

ALB is the Army lapel button.
