I clicked on it and I saw "overseas contingency operations volunteer". I'm assuming this means to waive dwell time and volunteer to deploy again. Can I get some clarification? Also, if you were to volunteer for this.. would you be reassigned to the gaining unit? I would just like to get some information on how this process works. Thanks! On your ASK, what exactly does "Volunteer for Overseas Contingency Operations" mean?2015-11-17T21:38:36-05:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member1115382<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was updating my ASK recently after I came home from deployment and saw the volunteer tab. It simply is a heads up to your assignment manager that you are looking to head across the pond.Response by SGM Mike Barbieri made Nov 17 at 2015 9:55 PM2015-11-17T21:55:03-05:002015-11-17T21:55:03-05:002015-11-17T21:38:36-05:00
