I'd send them to ARCENT or to the USO in Kuwait. Are you looking for a POC at the location?

RallyPoint Team What a wonderful idea. I organizes a care package thing and sent it to my son's unit in Iraq. Many pictures of fun and happiness from the soldiers. Excellent idea.
