I know I have and also had fellow NCO's get asked by e-mail with their welcome packet to the unit for both. I have seen a lot of the times when NCO's have certain Schools on their ERB's they get selected for additional duties or positions outside their MOS. This can sometimes hurt the NCO especially if the position is outside a valued position for promotion. Being a schools NCO or working land and ammo is great but not if you do not have any leadership experience documented and you get stuck there because something is on your ERB. I do believe all seniors whether enlisted or officer review all in bound ORB/ERBs for nice to have information. Response by CW5 Sam R. My MOS is a little different because HRC and USACAPOC get together and decide assignments (with HRC having final say of course). Being eligible to PCS this year I had to send both my ERB and a Bio for consideration of open positions.
