SPC Chris Early 6380862 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have been dealing with my mental health more seriously since i had some issues that made me ready to take my life. Since then i have been going to my local VA (before covid) now i do speak to my counselor every 3 weeks. My question is where outside of the va facilities can i also find help or just someone to talk to that may understand what im dealing with, any suggestions all are welcomed. Other than just going to your local va where else can you go to seek help for mental health help? 2020-10-07T18:26:21-04:00 SPC Chris Early 6380862 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have been dealing with my mental health more seriously since i had some issues that made me ready to take my life. You speak with civilian therapists outside of the VA. That is just two of them off the top of my head.
