Since then i have been going to my local VA (before covid) now i do speak to my counselor every 3 weeks. My question is where outside of the va facilities can i also find help or just someone to talk to that may understand what im dealing with, any suggestions all are welcomed. You speak with civilian therapists outside of the VA. That is just two of them off the top of my head.
