What is the packing list for prior service attending the 56M AIT?

Every Army school has their own updated packing list. Were you not able to find one on their website?

You should get a packet from the AIT. If not ask your schools NCO about getting something

If you’ve been out for a year or more, they supposed to give you an entire initial issue again.

Get with your Training/Schools NCO to pull up in ATRRS your course. In there will be a packing list, plus other pertinent information such as housing instructions, meals instructions, reporting in instructions.

The packing list for every entry level AIT is your initial clothing issue aka whatever you walked out of basic training with

I got my packing list through our “schools NCO”. I switched from 11B to 56M in 2006. I imagine a lot has changed since then. I was an NCO at the time and really was only with the during training time. Stayed in the in a on post hotel that was ghetto but I wasn’t mixed with brand new Privates 24/7. Really after dinner chow I was on my time to study or take care of any personal issues or whatever.

The school Cadre and Drills Sergeants were utmost professionals and treated my like an NCO (still a student though). I nothing but respect and good things to say about that group of NCO’s there at the time.
